Logan Meyer one of top California QB's has St. Bonnie on a roll

Multi-talented St. Bonaventure quarterback Logan Meyer has started the 2009 campaign by leading his team to a 4-0 start.

Most recently Meyer led the Seraphs to, perhaps, their most impressive win of the season with a huge overtime "road" victory versus always tough Crespi Carmelite of Encino, CA.

In the win Meyer completed 17 of 28 passes for 169 yards and two touchdowns.

Meyer, a 6-1, 195-pound senior has led St. Bonaventure to fourteen straight victories dating back to last season and he is ranked as one of the top QB's in California by the scouting staff at Prep Football America.

As a junior Meyer completed 167 of 268 passes (60% completion rate) for 2,451 yards with 25 touchdowns. Meyer was awarded as the MVP of the 2008 State Championship game.

Regional Scouting Director for Varsity Sports Group, Tom Franco, said that "Logan Meyer has all the right stuff to play at the next level. Meyer is a strong armed quarterback who makes great decisions and has pinpoint accuracy on the field and, off the field, Meyer gets the job done academically with a very nice 3.5 GPA."

Boise State, Fresno State, San Diego State and Utah are just a few of the schools who are keeping their pulse on Meyer. As the talented senior wraps up his senior season keep an eye out for more offers to start rolling in.
